Returns

• Returns must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Include your name, email address, and order number with your return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Damaged or faulty items must also be returned within 14 business days.

• We will inspect the item and notify you by email of the outcome.

Process

• Securely package your return to avoid damage during transit.

• We recommend using a tracked postal service.

• Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.

• Approved returns will be issued as an exchange or store credit only.

Exclusions

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Orders over $400 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
