Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• We currently ship within Australia.

• Free shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD (Australia only).

• Free local delivery is available for orders in Mackay, QLD.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we do our best to assist in tracking down missing orders, Bussin Style is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. To ensure coverage, customers may choose to add shipping protection at checkout. Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for replacement or refund in the event of loss or theft.
